Workout

Workout
I haven't  been working out for two weeks now  and I can feel how weak, sleepy and lazy I've become. Well, due to lots of study, lack of sleep, change of shifts...bla-bla-bla...I have no excuse anyway, right?!!!  I have to go back to the gym as soon as possible. (God, help me, if you hear me :D) I found  it really difficult to hide my belly in these pictures this time :D :)) I will be honest with you, I am not exercising to get thin. That "lovely fat" I have around my stomach is ...my natural build, I guess (O_O whatever)  
I believe that working out will help me stay fit rather than thin (especially now that DON'T READ THIS, pls I eat at McDonalds) and that comes first to any esthetic demands I alternatively have :ppp

If you have any tips for a lazy...girl, like me :D please share them here for the benefit of all my readers :D

  6. I know what are you talking about :D :) I am goingy for a run 3-4 times a week and between this I am TRYING to do a cardio workout at home :D but, these cold grey days I am rather in a bed with a cup of tea and good book :)) but I am still trying to eat clean :)

  8. My tip is to do different exercises every day so you don't get bored with them, for example one day only exercises for the back, the other for arms, then for legs etc...even 5 minutes a day can help you feel better, that is my experience anyway.

    Today I have exercised for only 15 minutes because in the past few days I have overdone it a bit and now every part of my body hurts so bad:)

  17. Am aceeasi problema) Fac sport nu pentru a slabi) Dar pentru a mentine forma, pentru ca iubesc si eu Macdonlads la nebunie, si in genere maninc cit sapte!! ) Daca nu as fi facut sport, cred ca sotu m-ar fi rotit ca pe o gogoasa prin casa)
