Argan Oil - the ultimate in
natural beauty
During my
last trip to Moldova, a girl in the pharmacy recommended me a small bottle of
Argan Oil. She told me that this oil is excellent for the skin. After testing
it for one week, I discovered that she was right! The skin miracle is indeed
hidden in the mini bottle. Enjoy reading this article that I published in Holistic Living Annex.
Referred to
as 'liquid gold' or 'The Gold of Morocco', Argan Oil is 100% organic, and an
all-natural and chemical-free beauty marvel. It is produced from the Argan tree
in the semi-deserts of Morocco and Algeria in the western Mediterranean region.
Arab women have used this oil for centuries and benefited from its nutritional
and cosmetic properties. It contains as much Vitamin E as olive oil and also
vital antioxidants, which is why Argan Oil is commonly used in traditional
Moroccan recipes.
Argan oil
is a rich source of Vitamin E and essential fatty acid, making it a perfect
natural food for both your skin and hair. Possessing anti-ageing and
moisturising properties, the oil keeps the skin and hair nourished and
revitalised.
Benefits of Argan Oil:
Fresh and youthful - Regular
use of the oil, which is easily absorbed by the skin, will leave the skin
looking fresh and youthful. It also helps maintain the elasticity of your skin
and leaves it looking young and glowing.
Soften dry skin - Argan oil's natural concentrated Vitamin E
content and essential fatty acid help alleviate dry skin condition and
effectively reduce rough patches.
Healing acne blemishes and prevents scarring - Apart from healing
existing acne blemishes, the oil also helps prevent new breakouts and reduce
scarring. As it is non-greasy, it also does not clog the skin pores. Clogged
pores is the main cause for breakouts. It also gently hydrates the skin and
helps relieve itchiness normally associated with acne. Use the oil frequently
for best results.
Minimise fine lines and wrinkles - Argan oil helps reduce the
appearance of fine lines and moisturises the skin. Apply the oil under the eyes
at least 2 hours before going to sleep and it will help reduce fine lines in no
time.
Soften cuticles — Massaging the oil onto your nails helps
soften and condition the cuticles. It also helps promote nail growth and reduce
cracking as well as brittleness.
Moisturise dry feet - Apply Argan oil to your feet and
watch your skin become moisturised from within.
Treat split ends - To minimise split ends, rub the oil between
your hands and smooth it through the hair. It is recommended that you apply it
before washing your hair for best results. This will protect your hair and
prevents it from being stripped away from the nutrients when shampooing. It
will also leave your hair a silky and shiny look.
Prevents stretch mark during pregnancy – When applied on the belly during
pregnancy, it will help reduce the appearance of stretch marks that women
usually face after delivery.
Safe for baby - This oil is 100% safe for your baby as long
as it is pure and oganic.
Argan Oil is wonderful addition to your beauty regime
and can bring about a natural glow to your skin, hair and nails. Conclusively,
a miracle is available for use from head to toe!
Stay Pretty,
Nicole
